Feb 21st 2005: Parisian Bunnykins has arrived. This is the last in the "Bunnykins of the World" series and Made in England. Issued in a limit of only 1,000 it has an etched number and certificate. Scarecrow Bunnykins is due for release middle of this year and will be limited to 1,000. This is part of the "Bunnykins of the World" series. Issued with an etched number and matching certificate. October 5th 2004: Lot of new Bunnykins have been issued and they are as follows: DB297 - Winter Lapland (Made in China) May 15th: There are more general release figures released in a set with a resin base. These are all "Made in China". They are part of the Arthurian Set and include the following Bunnykins. DB299 - Sir Galahad Bunnykins RRP- AU$79.95 May 14th: In my opinion the best Bunnykins released in the last few years. Witches Cauldron limited to only 1,500 and "Made in England". It will be issued with an etched number and certificate. To see a picture please click on the link . Jan 24th 2004: Ships Ahoy DB279 has arrived. Issued in 2004 and limited to 2,000 only. Issued with etched number & certificate. Ships Ahoy is "Made in England". December 4th: There has been a lot of new Bunnykins issued in the last few months. First we have Henry Viii and his 6 wives set DB305 - 311. They are all "Made in China". There has also been more Bunnykins added to the "Occasions
Collection". These figures are "Made in China". There is also a display stand available to hold the full "Occasions Collection" set. A new Limited Edition figure which are "Made in England" is DB281 Matador Bunnykins. LE 2,000 with etched number and certificate. Betsy Ross DB313 is a Limited Edition figure of only 2,000 issued by Pascoe & Company as part of the American Heritage series. This Bunnykins is "Made in China". Royal Doulton has issued a beautiful teaset "Made in England" in a limited edition of only 1,500. The full set consists of the following pieces: DBD1 - Lord of the Manor Coffee Pot September 11th: Samurai Bunnykins DB280 is a new limited edition of only 2,000. It is issued with an etched number and certificate. It is part of the "Bunnykins of the World" series. This Bunnykins is "MADE IN ENGLAND". May 1st: Wee Willie Winkie DB270 . This figure now completes the Bunnykins Nursery Rhyme series. Available Now. Made in England. April 5th 2003: Ice Hockey Bunnykins Limited edition 1,500 and Made in England. Made in China. March12th 2003: Tennis & Strawberries has arrived and they are issued in a limited edition of 3,000. It is very nice to display all 8 Robin Hood figures although my photo only has the 2nd series pictured. It is very heavy and made from resin. It is also "Made in China" but this does not detract from the visual appeal. It is quite stunning and would make a wonderful display piece. October 18th: DB268 American Firefighter is a limited edition of 2,001 issued with etched number and certificate. He was issued to benefit the New York Firefighters 9-11 Disaster Relief Fund. Part of the initial proceeds from the sale of this Bunnykins were donated by Royal Doulton. August 12th: Town Crier .. Limited edition 2,500 with etched number and certificate. Now available. Sep 11th: Today we witnessed a terrible tragedy in the US. My thoughts and prayers are with the victims, injured and their families in this time of need. Bathnight is issued in a limited edition of 5,000 and comes with etched number, certificate and wooden plinth. He is DB248 issued in a limited edition of 2,500 supplied with certificate and etched number. July 28th: We are starting to see the arrival of Dodgem Car Bunnykin in Australia. Photo will be posted as soon as possible. Issued with a certificate and etched number. July 27th: Little Red Riding Hood Bunnykins DB230 will be released in a limited edition of 2,000 only. She will become available in late September. Once again this piece is issued with a certificate and a corresponding etched number. Beware of copies that are not supplied with both. June 23rd: A new Lifted edition of 2,500 called Dodgem Car Bunnykin is on the horizon..... June 5th: Thank you to all of the collectors that have contacted me to say that have enjoyed my new Bunnykins Newsletter. I appreciate the feedback. June 1st: I hope that all collectors who wanted their Bathnight Tableau Bunnykins DB249 have their application posted to Royal Doulton. These had to arrive by 30th May to be in the draw. They are limited to 5,000 but are not a member exclusive piece. The first 5,000 RDICC members drawn will have the opportunity to purchase Bathnight Bunnykins. Lucky members will be notified by 1st August and they must collect and pay for their order by 1st October. The RRP in Australia is AU$285 which is quite reasonable for a tableau limited to 5,000. Again, this limited edition is issued with a certificate and etched number. Beware of copies that are not supplied with both. June 1st: After Trumpet Player Bunnykins DB210... the 5th member of the Jazz Band, we saw two new issues from UKI. Both new releases are in a limited edition of 2,500. They are Mr Punch DB235 & Judy DB236 and are issued with etched numbers and embossed certificates. I like the fact that these certificates are now embossed..... prevents them being copied. May31st: At the end of June, Bride DB101 & Groom Bunnykins DB102 will be discontinued. They were released in 1991. May 31st: Digger Bunnykins DB248. This is a new Limited edition Bunnykin of only 2,500. He will be issued with an etched number and certificate so please be wary of copies sold without their certificates. Delivery is due later this year. RRP AU$285. May 31st : April saw the introduction of Waltzing Matilda DB236. And what a popular Bunnykin he is. This has to be the best issue from Doulton Australia to date and a must have for any collector. He is issued in a limited edition of only 2,001 in the Year 2001 with an etched number and certificate. Beware of copies that are supplied without their fully laminated certificates as I have heard rumours that a few went astray. RRP AU$199. May31st: Two larger figures were released from Doulton. They are Mother & Baby DB226 and Father DB227. These measure just over 6" or 19cm. They are issued in a limited edition size of only 2,000. Most collectors either like these or not. I rather like them displayed behind my regular sized Bunnykins just for something a little different. May 31st: General range Bunnykins issued earlier this year are Little John DB243, Robin Hood DB244, Maid Marion DB245 & Friar Tuck DB246. RRP AU$94.95 each. These are intended to be a complete set of 4 although they are for sale individually. My favourite is Friar Tuck. I would love to hear what your favourite is.....These are available for purchase on our site at AU$85 each. May 30th: Michael Doulton had his various events around Australia in March 2001 to launch Waltzing Matilda and the 2nd in the Dancer Series, Tyrolean Dancer RRP AU$109. Shopper Bunnykins has arrived to our Australian shores. A notable comment from one of my customers recently made me laugh....
